The programme covers highly practical training in simple technical skills, Packaging and Marketing.It has unlimited academic entry requirements but requires participants to have enthusiasm. Participants after the training can use their kitchens as micro scale ‘factories’. They may try their hands at different product ideas before finally settling on one. Thus starting small is imperative.
