The Business Edge® training of trainer methodologies have been designed for adult education, and have been transferred to the other Blue Alliance Trainers.

The training outlines simple agricultural, agro processing, manufacturing and service ideas and a degree of know-how with regard to raw materials and machinery requirements, simplified processing steps, an idea of how to package and market the products.
For example, employing
simple tools as chopping
board, knife and ice chest
to prepare fresh fruit cuts and selling them to clients in offices and companies each day (at Gh¢1.00/pack), applying our Micro-Marketing® Techniques. (Gh¢1.00=US$0.70)
A beneficiary starts with just 50 clients and makes an income of about Gh¢50 a day, Gh¢250 a week and Gh¢1,000 a month. Blue Alliance is
monitoring 68 trainees, who have over 200 clients each 22 trainees with over 400 clients and, one trainee, who has over 1,000 clients for fruit cuts. Blue Alliance has trained over 826 beneficiaries over the past 3 years.
